If further proof of Wayne Rooney's deadly accuracy with a football was needed, the United striker has delivered it in a new campaign for Nike.
Testing the new Nike Total90 Laser boot, the first boot specifically designed to improve accuracy, at Nike’s World Headquarters in Oregon, USA, Rooney starts his demonstration by drawing a target on a camera lens.
The 21-year-old United and England striker then jogs away from the camera to a stationary ball, before flicking it up and lashing a shot straight down the centre of his target.
The clip, which you can see for yourself at www.nikefootball.com, has been produced to launch the site's new Shooting Gallery.
Nike is asking football fans around the world to send in clips of themselves displaying accuracy with a football. The clips will be showcased on the site in the coming months.
For more information visit www.nikefootball.com, where you can also keep an eye out for more clips from Wayne’s trip to the USA.
